Kids are back to school, which means sitting all day during class, studying, homework and carrying heavy backpacks.
What parent’s don’t realize is that children and teens can benefit from regular massage therapy treatments.
Massage therapy can help to reduce stress, tension and anxiety. Promote better posture and biomechanics for sitting and carrying backpacks, as well as promote a healthy immune system to prevent sickness.

The warmth from the summer air is slowly fading; the kids are going back to school, and our Routine’s begin!
It seems as though it takes the “fall” to get us back into routine. We begin working out at the gym, starting classes and maybe getting things done around the house. What we tend to forget to do is routine Massages! Massage Therapy is beneficial for maintenance. A massage every 4-6 weeks can help keep muscle aches and pains away, promote health and well - being and maintain stress levels.
